At Tandem Joy Publishing, we create and curate resources to help women abide in Christ, share joy, and celebrate God together.
Our Founder
Dreamer, Artist, Songbird, Encourager, and Prayer Warrior in the Lord's service as a pastor's wife, mother, friend, prayer minister, and the founder of Tandem Joy Publishing. Katie loves working with others to create beautiful, heart-focused discipleship resources designed to help people slow down, reflect, pray, and abide deeply with Christ. She serves alongside her husband in ministry and has spent more than twenty years walking with others through prayer, discipleship, and compassionate care.
A pastor’s wife and whimsical mother of four, Katie is passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, encouraged, and gently invited into God’s transforming presence. She loves leading listening prayer, offering lay counseling through her church, singing with her guitar, painting, and helping others cultivate lives rooted in joy, beauty, and intimacy with Jesus. Whether through conversation, creativity, prayer, or writing, Katie’s heart is to remind people that God has extended His love to them & they are not alone.

Our Vision
At Tandem Joy Publishing, we believe joy is not something we generate on our own.
Joy is the emotion we feel when we are glad to be with someone—and they are glad to be with us. It is relational at its core, and it finds its fullest expression in a life shared with God and with one another.
We create simple, beautiful resources that invite women into a shared, Spirit-led, Scripture-informed life with Christ. Through intentional rhythms and guided shared reflection, our tools help cultivate hearts that abide in Him, awaken to His presence, and recognize His goodness in the people around them.
Everything we create is designed to draw our eyes upward and outward—to God, and to each other. We must notice His work and delight in it together out loud! To glorify God is to ascribe His name to His work, in creation, in our story, in each other. We hope that every resource we offer will spark that kind of joy and lead women to spend their lives declaring:

Beyond Boutique
Tandem Joy Publishing is moving toward something beautiful and bright.
Not only do we long to see Christian women gathering in homes, small groups, and churches, but we want to see Christian women come together in artistic community festivals filled with joy, worship, shared stories, and the steady presence of Christ among them. Events that celebrate Christian ministry and creative works across denominational lines. We want Christian unity to show the world Christ’s words are true (John 17)with a beautiful bounty of whimsy and culture!
We also dream of a Joy House, a place of rest and healing where women walking through mental illness are welcomed with gentleness and dignity. A home where peace is practiced, where Christ is near, and where no one has to walk alone.
What follows is a glimpse of that vision taking shape, a visual expression of what we believe God is growing.
We welcome collaborators, authors, people helpers, and other ministry boutiques to reach out. Our dream is to build partnerships that make a strong statement about Christ’s words.
